Background to the opening of Japan's first permanent e-mobility experience facility
Aiming to become a "Zero Emission Tokyo," the Tokyo Metropolitan Government plans to have 100% non-gasoline-powered passenger cars sold in Tokyo by 2030 and 100% motorcycles by 2035. With this background in mind, we are now opening Japan's first permanent e-mobility experience facility, ``e-Mobility Park.'' This new facility has over 20 types of e-mobility available at all times and allows you to test drive them in a safe and familiar manner. With a wide lineup ranging from the latest models to vehicles that do not require a license, we offer a wide range of people, from young people to the elderly, the opportunity to easily experience e-mobility.

At our facility, you can feel free to test drive more than 20 types of e-mobility at any time. We have a wide variety of vehicles available that can serve as a new means of transportation for elderly people after they have surrendered their licenses, such as special small mopeds that can be ridden without a license, specified small mopeds, and electric carts. Furthermore, we offer a wide range of popular models such as ●●● and ●●● (assuming the manufacturer's name) for motorized bicycles and regular motorcycles that can be used for commuting to work, school, delivery, etc. We will provide you with the opportunity to compare and experience multiple vehicle models in one visit, which will also be useful when considering the purchase of e-mobility.
In addition to offering a casual test drive, we will also hold classes to learn traffic rules and etiquette for each vehicle category. In the test drive area, we have set up obstacles that resemble the actual road environment, such as hills and cobblestones, making it possible to have a test drive experience that is similar to driving around town.
